On 13th October 2025, I received a call from [****] informing me that a rider would contact me and deliver my order between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. the following day. However, I did not receive any further communication until 16th October 2025, when I received a flash call from [****] at 8:25 a.m.
Upon returning the call, the rider confirmed he had my order and asked if he should proceed with delivery that morning. I agreed and provided my location. At 12:14 p.m., I called again to confirm the delivery status, and he informed me that he was at Amasaman and would deliver the item before 5:00 p.m.
Since then, I have not received any update, and the delivery was never completed. Due to the repeated delays and lack of communication, I have lost interest in the order.
