Excellent delivery
I received my device on time. Immediately i realized it had a defect, i sent a mail to complain about it and i was contacted and item replaced. Solid sound, battery lasts so long. A very good product i will recommend to all good sound lovers

Not satisfied with purchase
The earbuds were not working properly, only one of the earbuds were operational. I made an official complaint to the vendor, I filled a google complaint form, yet nothing was done about it. I was very unsatisfied with this purchase
